Roger, that's how they do it. It would be good if they checked the FAQ for their answers first. The same people who are answering questions here are the ones who do it in the Help Forum. None of us (that I'm aware of) dress up in monster suits on the Help Forum. :-)

Re two users, I just read through the FAQ, and yes, it's there. Under "Benefits of Membership" see "Duplicate Membership."

If Gill has a separate e-mail address from Sam (and Graham - I think he still has a cookie here), it's no problem. She can just log out, then click on "Membership" and register herself with her own e-mail address.

If she has the same e-mail address, the only solution I know of is for her to use a different brower.
