To get the chat room set up:

Open ICQ
-Click on "ICQ" in the bottom left corner
-Select "Find/Add Users" then "Find/Add and ICQ Active List"
-Select "Search by ID" and type "62415725" into the box

It will probably be off-line until the radio show. When the show starts:
-Near the top of the ICQ menu, there should be a button saying "Show AL" - click it, and it should change to "Hide AL"
-If it already says "Hide AL" you're OK
-You should have "FolkChat" (or maybe just the number) down near the bottom with a dot by it.
-----If the dot's green, just click on the "Join Chat Room" bar up near the top.
-----If it's red, right click the mouse on it, and select "connect" - your dot should turn green and then you can "Join Chat Room."
