You are right, in that I did have a privileged education, but you have me entirely wrong if you think that that education made me perceive myself as better than anyone else. The reverse of that is more true.

Also, self recriminations r us, so if you did chuck it in, 'twould be on my conscience. I'm not mad keen on arguing, myself.
