Not to worry about water. They will refine to a Texas-acceptable degree Texans' bodily hot air. There is plenty there- and more coming.

I think Texans have not yet come to terms with having Alaska be so much larger. Let me assure you, it could be worse: Alaska could divide in two and then Texas would be Number Three.
