Spent many a happy hour playing snooker in a bar in Monroe back in the 40's & 50's. also filled up on Swiss cheese. Had an indoor rifle league during the winters back then. Monroe, Madison, Janesville, Beloit, County Line(Evansville mostly) and Rockford, IL. Host team served the food and the Monroe cheesmakers in the crowd brought some of the best.
