Hello Liland, I thought the first page was too intense
Just my opinion but couldn't you give a very simple overview on the first page; with a few links to different sections. In that way people can just get straight to your music, interest in languages or background; then later look at the other sections. I suppose its like meeting people for the first time I don't tell them everything in one go, especially about my interest in entomology lest they start to yawn or run for the door (its one of the things I am interested in but its not who I am)

I loved the music playing over the page Liland and I looked at one of the links which was to a very interesting and well written page.
