4th Street, after 4 months of hard work in rehearsal hall played Windsor's 4th Annual Celtic Fest on Saturday and man oh man, the response has been overwealming!!!!

We were getting stopped all night saturday and all day sunday by people who'd seen, heard, and loved us! Even better in my opinion, was the hight praise from our fellow local musicians, the kids in Scruj MacDuhk, and JOHN ALLEN CAMERON! He heckled us from the wings while we were playing, and gave us a big Hazzza when he took the stage after us...

The sort of unfortunate thing is that in August, we're loosing our fiddle player/chick vocals to Ottawa... We have a great fiddle/Banjo/Accordion/Guitar/freaky headded player coming on, but the loss of her vocals is really gonna hurt... as is the loss of momentium and the need to revisit all the songs we though we had down... No doubt they'll improve...

I'm gonna make a T-shirt... "I was heckled by John Allen Cameron and all I got was this lousy T-shirt"
