Emma, if you do a forum search using Sean Nos you'll find some past threads on the subject. Also depending on where you are you may find some singers that could offer some guidence.You might also want to research the regional & local styles, if Mick gets any info on that book I mentioned above it'll be of some help but nothing comes as close as being able to hear live a few singers singing in the different styles. This you may find at the many Irish festivals that would have sean nos workshops. If you're in Dan's area you might look into his workshop.
