I found Mudcat about 4 months ago....2-1/2 months ago my husband of 40 years died unexpectedly....can't tell you how many times just browsing through the incredible breadth of postings here has gotten me thru bad times. I usually find something to post about, but always enjoy reading way more than I post to....

1. How much time do you spend at Mudcat in an average week? Varies...7-10 hours, probably

2. What time of day (within your own time zone) does this generally occur? Evening to late evening

3. What time is it now, in your time zone? 10:17PM

4. Are you usually at home or at work when visiting? At home

5. Are you usually multi-tasking when you visit? Multi-what?

6. Aside from the music community, what do you enjoy about Mudcat's structure, design, and features?

As I live way out in the country, and have little chance to share music with others, I just like emmersing myself in the free-flowing interest in songs, instruments, gigs, etc. Great sense of community, great sense of humor....I don't feel I know anyone very well yet, so sometimes feel a bit shy about posting, but I hope in time that will change. And I am continually blown away by the incredible amount of knowledge, popular and arcane, that is encompassed on this site. And the willingness to share it....
