As a note on 'non-exclusive' religions... apparently, the Presbyterian conference voted in language to the 'creed' that Christ is not the ONLY path to 'salvation'. In doing so, most of the interviewed ministers (I caught this on the BBC World News broadcast in California, of all things0 seemed to believe that this was a step towards the idea that 'salvation' is not a matter of belief only, but a matter of works. One must not only proclaim that one is good - one must actually do something about it, and one of those things (by extension of the allowance of other routes) looks to be acceptance that there is NOT only 'one way' to be saved.Presbyterians... who'da thunk...
No offense to any out there. There's just such a conservative/middle class/suburbanite soccermom feel to Presbyterians...
