Just been shipped to the States for a bit. I wouldn't mind, except I've not yet found anywhere that sells proper cheese. On a scale of 1 to 5 on Cheddar maturity, I've not yet found anything that rates more than a 2, and that only barely. Does no-one here know what this stuff's supposed to taste like?!

As for a good chunk of Grandma Singleton's Tasty Lancashire, fergeddit - that's hard enough to find in England!
