Sorcha, Rog says it is old French, i.e. medieval times and I could swear I got if off THIS SITE, but as I said, they do not have the same type of midis, anymore, if it was that one. And, didn't Bruce used to have some midis or wavs on his Scarce Songs site? That was the only other place I could think of, but all I see are ABCs and no French.

I will email you the tune. Thanks, it's not that I want to know much more about it, I'd just like to know where I found it, so I could visit the site and learn more like it.
