I expect if you've tuned into this thread, you are an insomniac, or live with one. I was just wondering. What is so bad about being an insomniac? Have we many here? How do you cope with it? How does your partner cope with it? I made a lifestyle change as a result of my nocturnal activities. People are always asking me where I get the time for my various activities, I just tell them I can't sleep and I don't watch TV. two of the greatest time savers known to man.
