Okay, but does anyone find that they change their sleep cycles during the year?

I find that most of my insomnia occurs in the spring/summer. More light? Anyway, it's no trouble at all to go on a couple hours sleep, it's all my bod wants. In the winter though, I seem to want more rest. Latent ursine tendencies?
