I need sleep. Eight hours is about right for me. My problem is with establishing any kind of regular sleep patterns. So far, I haven't been able to do it myself, and the only time in years it has happened was when I was with the one partner I mentioned above. I still don't know why it worked with him. It never worked with anyone else.
