as far as possible I avoid playing or sitting in smokey bars... clubs tend to have better air conditioning....

have you tried a preventative inhaler like "becotide" sometimes it helps.... and most asthmatics should be taking a regular preventative anyway.. cuts down on the need for the ventolin....

I have been using a great one for a while called "seretide" .,..... it is a combination of serevent (a long acting bronchodilator) and becotide... but it works wonderfully...... usually by this stage in the winter my asthma has started to play up... so far so good this year......
