Well, I have just done something stupid....

As some of you know I do tech support for a national isp...well I had a customer on the phone and had her on hold and was dealing with some of the idiots around here....when I got back to her I was giving her some directions for her modem....and said the fucken word on the phone...i apologised profusely, but still shit...she said it was ok...but still...that is grounds for immediate dismissal....if they hear that call...I am just so shocked and horrified and bloody scare...fuck....just when I was about to get my insurance again...ao I can start back on my pills..sorrry...for all of this....
