One useful way to get around routing problems is the site www.safeweb.com.

Just go to that site and type in the URL you are trying to access there, and it will be accessed via a diferent route than if you were going direct via your ISP. If you can get to Safeweb but not to the other site, then the problem is probably with the site itself.

Other easy things to try, are clearing your browser cache and removing all proxy settings your browser is set to. (Depending on your ISP's use of same>. Call your ISP tech support for specific settings. They (we) spend most of their time solving peoples' "connect-can't-browse" issues. Usually pretty easy, as long as you have your Windows CD handy.
