OK folks. Passing on some info from Dave, "Train 45" are on at the Press Club in Windsor this Friday (the 6th). Head along there with your instruments, and we'll see the music and have a bit of a jam in the intermission (Dave/Clinton have OK'd that with the band). Sounds like this could be a very good night. I don't know what time we're planning on meeting up - I guess maybe 8-9-ish? Clinton, can you post some directions please? To add to the activity, there's also a mini folk festival in Evart on the Saturday (the 7th), as part of a general fair-type thing there. Performing are Tom Paxton and Lou and Peter Berryman, plus some others. (FYI, Tom Paxton is also at the Ark in Ann Arbor on Friday, but that clashes with Train 45). This starts at 12 noon and finishes at 8pm. It's a bit of a drive over there (3 hours or so from Windsor) but not unachievable, particularly if you're prepared to camp or sleep in the car that night. The relevant times for this are: 1-2pm, Robert B. Jones and Matt Watroba; 3-4pm, Lou and Peter Berryman; 4-5pm, Ann Hills and Tom Paxton; 7-8pm, Tom Paxton and Ann Hills. According to the organiser, these are just tentative times though - the musicians are free to rearrange it as they want.
Graham.
