A. Been there, done that. Willing to pray, share, talk, anything, including offer temp housing if needed w/o evangelization.

B. Do you want this out on the prayer chain, and if so may I send you the FAQ so you know more about that?

C. Your own best sense about every aspect of this is paramount. Don't let anyone turn it around, and if you do get turned around, why then turn right back again. You know where north is, I know it. Point there.
