In the USA, both the Folktellers and Doug Elliott have recorded the Three Bears rap. If nobody comes up with better information than that, I'll post the information from those recordings on Monday. It's probably more than twenty years old. It was called the jazzy Three Bears and other such variants before rap was recognized as a musical term. If nothing better comes up, I'll post
