Been there and back again! We've been camping since Tues.3rd at Springer Wildlife Habitat area and lake. Great fun. We are home, un loaded, mostly put away and I am doing the dreaded "L" word---laundry.

We are tired, sunburned, bug-bit, but HAPPY! :>) We saw turkeys, pheasants, loons, Canada geese, pelicans (YES, PELICANS in Wyoming!!), had a camp pet grass snake for a day or two, jackrabbits, teals, 2 pr. of Great Blue Herons,and a couple of deer. Probably other stuff too, but I forget..........We did NOT see a bear....

We ate well (I made enchiladas Thurs eve), water skied, had moss fights, went for long walks with the Corgis, watched the Corgis fall out of the boat :0!! watched the Corgis "herd/chase" Bubba until they got him and he slipped and fell in the nasty wet moss on the shoreline, and lest we forget the important stuff--

WE DRANK BEER!! LOTSA BEER!!!
Glad you missed me, I missed you all. It's fun to go, but good to be home again with hot and cold running with flush capability! I have some photos (from film) but no scanner--does kat have a scanner? I could snail mail them to somebody to put up. I can't do that. Any offers?
