I have an ancient recording of louis Killen's on which is The Old Dun Cow. Over all its a good album( The label is printed in Esperanto!) with only one oddity in the bunch. A song in an almost impossible key. I worked with Lou and His then wife Sally at a concert and I asked him about the song. He said they had recorded more music than they had the vinyl for but they couldn't decided where to edit. The solution, speed up the master tape and record the vinyl at regular speed. Basically it mechanically transposed the song and modulated it into a different key.
