Just saw this thread. My heart and prayers go out to all of you. I usually rolled my eyes when my Dad would say, "There's a piece of gold in every pile of shit." In the end, though, he was usually right. One day, you will look back and see all this in a positive light. I, too, have had my share of dealings with adult children. In the meantime, I think I'll buy some Kimberly-Clark (Kleenex) stock. Oh how I wish you could get through without pain. Get ready,though, here come some more good thoughts.
