With fine minds such as Jon's and others, we could come up with a structural change which would protect anonymity and keep one another from using each other's names in the process. Surely we could find a structural win/win solution. What you are expecting individuals to do is still a long way off in the future behaviorally, without structural organizational changes to help them, in my view.
