I' m sure I've seen plenty of dogs wandering around site two at Towersey - I can't remember if the organisers have a stated policy on mutts, hounds and pooches, but you could always give 'em a buzz.
As for the usual places and the usual suspects, it tends to be the barn at the Three Horseshoes for the singing during the day and any one of a number of tents belonging to meself, Micca, Liz the Squeak, Morticia, Jude, Beelzebub or whatever on site one for the craic into the wee hours.
That and the bogs...but that's intruding into private grief!

PS: As for noxious odours; don't worry about giving a dog a bad name. Anything that the old pooch lets fly will surely be blamed on me. It usually is.
