And I do hear that it's better early than late, no idea if 6 is early by anybody's standards, but he went for his preop blood work today, and asked if it would hurt (I said some, but not lots), asked the phlebotomist the same question and got the identical answer, kind of inhaled when the needle went in, and didn't even cry. He just looked at the tubes and said Are you going to take ALL my blood? And that was that. The phleb gave him 5 stickers she was so impressed. Meanwhile, I'm having dreams about not remembering the doctor's phone number, can you say let's stress out about something else and avoid this one entirely?
