It's in January June, which June Tabor performs herself, that she sings the imortal line "Barker, you're a bastard" . . .Mind, I have to say his "Wings of Butterflies" is quite the worst CD I own . . with the exception of a very few tracks sung fairly "straight folk" it's pretentious, poorly orchestrated "art" music. A shame, as many (most?) of the songs deserve much better.
Anyone want a copy? Played only twice. (At an interval of 18 months . . we thought "surely it can't be as bad as we remember". Sadly, it was.)
