Pene and I came up with a way to display more PermaThreads without wasting space, so we are fascilitating such a concept. I'm still trying to work out the technology for folks to manage their own threads without the rest of the volunteer powers. I suppose anyone can create their own index, but we would judge whether they would be officialized as a permathread. Great Idea, and stay tuned for more.
