PLEASE, RtS, bore us some more! Love hearing about this. We have a family here, the Vlastos', who go to Crete every winter to work their olive oil farm; it's been in their family since ancient times. He's an artist and once sent me an 11 X 17 copy of a sketch he did of their back patio with waterwell, trees, etc. It is just beautiful.
