The Concordance was never finished, and more than one coding system appears to have been used within it.  I dissected it at one point to see what was there, and it doesn't actually contain the full text; the notes and indices (which are essential) are missing, and I think none of the additional texts from Additions and Corrections are present; if I remember correctly, the notes on textual variations are also missing. It also seems not to have been fully proof-read, so once I managed to pick up a Dover set, I didn't look at it any further.  I could always try it with the software, I suppose...
