Here's a tune I found in a great book called Songs That Changed the World, edited by Wanda Willson Whitman in 1969. I found the book in the library, and now I'm trying to find somewhere to buy it. None of the online used-book services I know have it listed. Not sure how this particular song changed the world, but maybe it will serve as an inspiration to those who overindulged over the holidays. The lyrics (3 versions) are in the database, but not the tune.
