The "Women" section in the dreaded RUS provides these possibilities. "The Ballad of Erica Levine", "Bread and Roses", "I'm Gonna Be an Engineer", and "Step It Out Nancy" (not very PC.) I cannot recall the artist, but some current singer/songwriter has written "Ain't I a Woman" based on a quotation from Harriet Tubman. Hope you find some more.
