I have no idea what the truth is, but Harry's blues site gives an attribution to Ida Cox and B. Feldman here:However, if you look at the song details in the Columbia vol 4 [page 4 of Chris Albertson's accompanying booklet], the C2K 52838 to which Harry's site refers, credit is given to 'I.Cox' alone. To add to the puzzle, where does the 'B.Feldman' come from. In his notes, Albertson devotes a paragraph to the song, but makes no reference to its author. It is all a bit odd. Good luck.
