It changes from time to time, but as of the last week or so, it's been "Bá Loinnireach Grían an Trathnóna" as sung by Ceoltoirí Rossa on their CD "Mé Féin Is Tú Féin".

Vivid imagery that puts a lump in your throat fom the midpoint of the first verse strainght to the end of the song, and sung like angels.
I'm currently borrowing this disc from a friend, but it's high on my "to get" list.
