I swear by Norton's Internet Security and Personal Firewall. I have DSL. Not only does Norton catch and quaranteen any virus that is attached to an email, it protects me from hackers. I can't tell you how many times a hacker has tried to use a back door to get at my system. Norton stopped them dead in their tracks.

Well worth the money I spent for the software.
