An unequivocal and emphatic Yes! I speak from experience. For the first time in four years I am able to walk without pain. I've gone from limited walking using a walker to using a cane to shanks pony. I still have other health issues but, thankfully, I can eliminate foot pain. The orthotics were $350 and they will last the rest of my life (according to the podiatrist). Finding shoes that will accommodate the orthotics may present a challenge. Consider buying a wider width.
