Can't say I've quit, because I never started. My mom and dad both quit cold turkey, which was the best way for them. By all statistics, I should have been a smoker too as both of my parents smoked. Actually, I have my mom to thank in a back door sort of way. I had to pitch in with housekeeping chores as both parents worked. One of my jobs was to clean the ash trays. I used to get physically sick doing it. I decided then and there, I would never smoke.
