WARNING : Nicotine gum gave me polyps on my vocal cords. I can't sing near as well as I used to because the polyps were surgically removed for biopsy (sp ?). Actually, I never did sing really well, so it's not much of a loss.

If anyone is going to use an aid to quit, stay away from that darn gum and good luck.
