I have to add my vote for Christmas in the Trenches, too. I would learn that song, except I can't get through it even listening to it without getting all choked up.

Bill Staines' Phoenix gets to me as well. It's either on his LP Rodeo Rose or Sandstone Cathedrals, I can't remember which right now.
