Yep, Murray, I think Sandy is thinking about Jeff Chandler, a truly wooden actor. I never could understand why Hollywood didn't use Indians to play Indians. John Ford used real Indians in his movies, of course but only as extras. "Scar" in one of his best movies (The Searchers) was certainly no Native American.

I agree with chantyranger and Peg, I think you folks are going a bit hard on Meryl Streep.
