Tom seemed in great shape to me last weekend at Champlain Valley. I think I took in all of his appearances there: songwriters workshop, Saturday night mainstage, Sunday kids' concert, Sunday duo concert with Anne Hills and the festival finale. I thought that all were fabulous. After 40 years on the scene, Tom Paxton remains one of the best performers (and songwriters I've ever seen and heard.
