A heath robinson contraption wot I set up when I was Honary Cellerman at the Whitstable Labour Club, to cool the barrels, and let them settle quickly involved old sacking, dripping water and an eletric fan.

Tap and spile the barrels. set up a water drip above the racking, swath the parrels in sackinf, play an eletic fan on them.

It works.

Mark you since the club moved to better premises, and got an air conditioned celler thing aint been so bad.
