Well, I've had a fine time the past couple years at the Dublin (Ohio) Irish Festival, which features not only some very fine acts, but a hoppin' session tent as well.

In the realm of small, barely-known festivals, the Bloomington (Indiana) Lotus Festival of World Music offers some great times as well, for very little cost.

I sure would like to give the Frankie Kennedy school and Ennis' Willie Clancy Week a try, though.
