the Michigan Women's Music Festival has been around for rather a long time; surprised so many Mudcatters have not heard of it...

I have a number of friends who go just about every year. Not my scene, really, but as far as I have heard it is a great time; like a pagan gathering and a folk festival rolled into one, but with women only...and I hear the music performances are incredible.

For the record, I go camping at a clothing optional campsite every year where there are plenty of men and have never felt in danger of being assaulted, etc. But that is not to say one is always one hundred percent safe, either...
