People have in deed been dying, but NOT by IRA hands. Many folks, and the press, seem to ingnore the continuing terrorism campaign orchestrated by loyalist thugs, with no serious interference by the RUC or the British military, while deftly failing to note that the IRA guns have been silent for over four years. What the IRA did was withdraw their proposal to begin decommissioning. I think an objective observer would be hard pressed to fault them for that tactical move. As it stands now, it seems that the Unionists are very close to achieving their goal of collapsing the GFA.
