Hmm, I've been reading the internet for about ten years now, and writing in all caps has generally been considered to be the equivalent of shouting for that long at least. Anyone who wants to communicate effectively should learn to use the medium. If you are writing, learn to spell (or use a spell checker), punctuate, and use caps appropriately. Or be prepared for folks to treat you like the ignoramus you are appearing to be.
