Pages that flew out from between the covers were the cause of many a complaint back in the 1980s. I just don't know whether the bindery unknowingly used crappy glue the day the first 10,000 were made or what it was... but there was a definite problem and my working copy, like that of Dita/John was also in a looseleaf binder. In any case, I have bought some books to sell at my gigs over the last 4 years and, whatever the problem was, it seems to be solved now because there are no new complaints. I had refrained from selling books for many years.
Well, glad you like the book guys. A man asked me to autograph a copy at Sidmouth a few weeks ago and that always is a special treat.
All the best,
Dan
