Like most, I have too many and I feel as though I should not respond for a week or two or three while I make a list. But I've always loved one line from "Kevin Barry", "You can kill the sons of Ireland But you cannot keep them down." (Please don't correct me if I have it wrong.)

I also love Tom Paxton's "My son John, John my son". That chiasmic juxtaposition just yanks a response out of me.
