What I heard him saying – very carefully – was that he answered the police's QUESTIONS during each of his interviews with them. So if the police didn't ask him till the third interview whether he had an affair with Levy, he would technically be telling the truth. So what was it that he denied (after I fell asleep)?

Loved that part where he declined to talk about any sexual relationship with Levy because HER family requested that he not say anything about it! Isn't it a bit late for them to want to keep it out of the media?
